Corporate and Legal writing/editing: I have been writing, editing and re-writing articles for lawyers and corporate management for the past twenty years.The articles appear under the client's/corporation's byline and are used by them for newsletters, handouts at conferences, brochures, online for their web sites, and for newspaper and magazines. NEWSLETTERS

I have edited and written numerous newsletters for corporations and non-profit organizations. My work includes creating editorial lineups (in consultation with the client), writing articles, assigning articles and consultation with production staff.

FRANCHISE WRITING AND EDITING

I have written many "franchisee kits" on behalf of franchisors. I am the author of "Franchising: The Complete Guide for Canadian Buyers and Sellers" published by Key Porter Ltd. I also wrote the newsletter for the Canadian Franchise Association. I am a former editor of the Canadian Franchise Association Magazine.
