Generally, I specialize by writing on topics related to business and law.

Business topics I cover routinely include small business, banking, finance, personal finance, legal issues, franchising, international trade, investment, venture financing, economic development, management, management consulting, human resources, workplace issues, manufacturing (including research and development and ISO certification), and information technology (only as it relates to business decisions and management).

My legal writing has included topics such as securities, corporate and commercial, international law and international trade, boutique firms, construction, franchising, immigration, real estate, trusts and estates, family law and municipal law.
